“ It's an amazing getaway in Ngong. Good for camping too. ”
“ Great place for hiking, Rock climbing and some amazing Nyama choma ”
“ Ololosokwan is a seasonal river gorge 6kms from Ngong town that offers hikers and rock climbing lovers a dose of adrenaline zeal. The hiking trail is around 4km of manouvering rocks and boulders with sightings of select wildlife along the way. For safety it's preferred if you take a guide! ”
“ Difficulty level- medium Rock climbing. Welcoming staff, they prepare Nyama choma at your request. ”
“ Get ready to encounter a serene bush experience. Awesome accommodation; self contained tents, stand alone tents... Affordable hiking and camping rates blended with breathtaking views. The Food will keep you wanting more, you can order your Nyam Chom as you traverse the rocky terrain. Very friendly staff. This is the only terrain I get to conduct the Amazing Race challenge and the participants can't stop talking about it! See you at the BUSH. ”
“ The unique aspect of this place to me is the rocky trail that culminates in the steep twin rock climbs. That just seals the deal for me. In a way, despite the construction of the Ngong-Suswa road, the proprietors have managed to keep this place intact with all the thicket, birds and natural bushes. In a way, if you are looking to get a place of quiet, away from man-made noises, this is the place to be. Oh and their vegetable is a delicacy; a combination of managu and spinach. It could do with a facelift of the tents and the blankets (they are short for the average height person). Overall, it's a place I would highly recommend. Brace yourself and dress warmly as this place is quite cold for the most part of the year. ”
